Palate
Big juicy flavours with a nice acid balance. rounded tannins, and a long lingering finish, a big and complex yet elegant wine. It will benefit from from cellaring, but can be decanted and enjoyed with a summer steak or cheese platter.

Dried rose petals and spice

Palate
Sweet berry fruit with hints of anise and cinnamon, full rounded mouth feel and a lasting finish. Can be decanted and enjoyed with "Mudgee Slow Cooked Warm Lamb Salad" (See Bugle in News for Recipe)

Intense ripe berry fruit flavours with soft even tannins. Decant to let young wine breathe. Matured for one year in American Oak and bottled in May. Suited to drinking while young and vibrant or can be cellared medium term. Enjoy with a summer BBQ.
